Returns and exchanges

Our products are digital, made to order, or printed books and journals, and all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or a change of mind.

If a physical item arrives defective or damaged, that's ours to make right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll replace it or refund it.

International orders and import duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes their country charges. We ship physical products Delivered Duties Unpaid, so any fees come due on delivery and aren't part of your checkout total. If you're unsure, check with your country's customs office before ordering.
